Special Notice to NON-DEGREE SEEKING or TRANSIENT STUDENTS:  Students will need to provide copies of transcripts for courses that have pre-requisites before consideration is given.  Additionally, College of Business courses for non-degree seeking or transient students is on a space available basis.

REMINDER:  Your request will be processed within 24-48 hours, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  Permit requests submitted over a weekend or holiday will be processed as quickly as possible on the next business day.  Students can verify whether permits were granted under "View My Registration Status" via their OASIS account.  If permit(s) were granted, students may initiate registration.  If permit(s) were not granted, students will be notified via email.  If you have any problems with completing this form, please contact the administrator or call (813) 974-3051.
