La'Tevia Lowe

La’Tevia Lowe graduated from USF College of Arts & Sciences in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in English - Professional & Technical Writing. As an undergraduate student she was actively involved with the Office of Admissions as a Student Recruiter, Orientation Student Leader and Student Government Senator.

Living by the philosophy that “A little child shall lead them…” Ms. Lowe taught eighth grade Language Arts and Minority Achievement Programs for 5 years in Polk County. She received numerous teaching awards and honorable mentions for her valued contributions to education.

Returning to her Alma Mater in 2002 she began serving as a College of Business Academic Advisor at the Lakeland campus. While there Ms. Lowe operated in several capacities such as Student Recruiter, Orientation Coordinator and Career Fair Assistant (to name a few.) She also played an integral role as the Scholarship Coordinator for Lakeland’s College of Business Scholarship Award with GEICO Insurance Company for 3 years.  

Recently Ms. Lowe transferred to our campus to continue serving as an Undergraduate Advisor.
