Employer Resources

The Office of Employer Relations in the College of Business assists employers with making meaningful career-related connections with business students. We offer a variety of services that can put your organization in contact with talented, motivated candidates looking to become the business leaders or tomorrow.

Together with the USF Career Center, the centralized on-campus recruiting resource, we establish and maintain partnerships with companies to ensure an efficient and productive recruiting experience. We have several programs you may be interested in utilizing for your on and off-campus recruiting efforts. We are also open to any other means of recruiting you would like to use.

	USF College of Business Basic information regarding the College of Business, including links to our degree programs and points of pride.
	Position Advertisements & Resume Database USF's campus-wide web-based job posting system, Career Connections , allows employers to post jobs using specific criteria to attract the right candidate. The system includes a searchable resume database. Once positions are posted, the College will distribute the listing to business students.
	Building a Presence in the College of Business The College of Business offers many ways to build and maintain a corporate presence within our college and build your company's brand among business students, such as internships, informaiton sessions and sponsorship opportunities.
	Career Networking Events The USF Career Center hosts a bi-annual Career Networking Fair for full-time positions and internships, as well as a part-time job fair and social service fair. The College of Business hosts Corporate Connections, a networking event exclusively for graduate business students and potential employers. .
	Other Resources The Office of Employer Relations is happy to asssist with other ways to increase company presence among business students, such as on-site company visits, receptions and career program sponsorships. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
