The undergraduate degree in the Department of Management and Organization prepares students for entry level positions in Supervision, Human Resource Management, and Small Business Management. It also prepares students for entry into graduate programs such as the Master of Science in Management and the Master of Business Administration.
Within the 120-semester-hour program listed in the Undergraduate Catalog in the General Requirements section, students must complete 18 hours of Management beyond MAN 3025. At least 12 hours must be taken in residence at USF. A grade point average of 2.0 or higher must be achieved in all major course work at USF and an overall 2.0 GPA including transfer work.
