Min-Dong Paul Lee
Assistant Professor
Min-Dong Paul Lee received his Ph. D. in Sociology from Cornell University and B.A. and M.A. in History/East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto. Min-Dong has also received a Master's degree in Christian studies from Regent College. During his academic career, he has received a number of competitive awards including the Magna for Canada Scholarship, IDRC Internship Award, Sage Fellowship and the Korean American Scholarship Foundation Scholarship.
His research interests mostly stem from his professional experience on corporate social responsibility in the private sector and on international development in the public sector. During his four years of study at Cornell, he has researched in the areas of corporate social responsibility using the institutional and social movement theories in organizational studies.
He joined the management department at the University of South Florida as an assistant professor in the summer of 2007.
