Non-Funded Option

The PhD program in Information Systems is a full-time program.

However on an exceptional basis we may admit students who may continue to work part-time while they are in the program. Such students will not be funded on graduate assistantships.

However such students will have to take courses and meet all the same deadlines and milestones that are described in our doctoral program handbook. If you are applying as a non-funded student you should clearly indicate this in your cover letter and/or correspondence with the ISDS PhD Coordinator.
