Description

The goal of the First USF Business Intelligence Summit is to bring together a select group of BI thought leaders and practitioners at leading firms in the area to discuss current challenges, share experiences, collectively develop and promote this niche, build an understanding of the future of BI, and network with like-minded peers.

The summit will be a one day event featuring keynotes and panels discussing issues facing BI practitioners in industry. In addition to the panelists and keynote speakers we do envision an interactive format where all participants in this event will be able to contribute to the discussions.

Logistics:

(1) The event is at BSN 230 in the new Business School building. The closest parking lot to this building is the USF Sun Dome Parking lot. The event starts at 8am, please do plan to be here between 8 and 8:30.

(2) Attendees have been issued a personal pass to park at the Sun Dome parking lot (which is the closest lot to the new business school building). So please do remember to pick up your parking passes at the Information Center located on your right as you enter the main entrance of the campus. Unfortunately this process can easily take 10-15 minutes at the main gate since they often have just two lines open for this.

The main entrance to USF is on 4202 E. Fowler Avenue (turn into "Leroy Collins Blvd" and stay right to get to the parking information center for the passes. They will direct you to the Sun Dome parking lot. The easiest way to get there is to make a right onto Alumni Drive (which you will get to as soon as you leave the parking information center), go straight until you see the Sun Dome (stadium) on your left and pull into that parking lot. In this lot try and park as far to the left (as you enter) of the lot as you can since that will put you closest to the BSN building.

(3) The wine and cheese reception is until 6pm. For those who can stay with us a bit longer we plan to go out for dinner at 6:30pm at some place TBD post this reception. We would love to have you to join in for dinner as well, do confirm by email if you can make it.
