Samuel Bulmash Dr. Bulmash is an
Associate professor of finance.
He earned his Ph.D. in finance from Northwestern University. Dr.
Bulmash is active in ongoing research, teaching, and service. He has be
at USF since 1985. During a recent leave of ansence, as the MBA Director
at Stockton College of New Jersey, Dr, Bulmash created a successful MBA
program. He was instrumental in the development of an active advisory
board that consisted of business executives and community leaders in the
southeast region of New Jersey. He drew students, employment
opportunities, internships, and community support for the MBA program.
After helping Stockton get its program going, Dr. Bulmash returned to
USF. Dr. Bulmash has published more than 22 papers in academic journals
and presented research in over 40 conferences at the national and
international level. The journals in which he has published include Journal
of Portfolio Management, Behavioral Finance, Socio-Economics and
Managerial Finance. He has served as a reviewer and referee for
various research papers submitted to a variety of academic journals. Dr.
Bulmash's paper "Implications of Banking Technology" has
reached the top Ten most downloaded papers in the category of
Productivity and Innovations in Banking on the SSRN (Social Sciences
Research Network).
