Rakesh joined MetLife in 2006, bringing over 14 years of professional experience with a “Big Four” firm and in private industry.  He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Advantec, a leading Professional Employer Organization, which provides turn-key Human Resource solutions to small to mid-sized organizations.  Prior to Advantec, Rakesh was an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen.  He worked on diverse client engagements including, financial statement audits, IPOs, due diligence on M&A transactions, business operations reviews and compliance reviews.  He majored in Finance and Accounting and graduated with a Masters in Accountancy from USF in 1992.  He is a CPA and a current member of the FICPA and AICPA.  Rakesh resides with his family in Lutz and enjoys Bucs and Bulls football games, golf, travel and spending time with family and friends.
